New Shoes

Not for me, but for Walter

We brought Walter out to get him shoes today...Z Coil shoes, that is..

they're "orthopaedic" shoes to provide greater shock reduction and better pressure distribution to help with his knees and back pain..and it comes with a 25 year guarantee plus after sales service....

Here is how it works:
  • Four times more cushioning than any regular shoe.
  • Over 1 inch of heel cushioning (26 mm).
  • The steel coil is extremely "active" and counteracts all ground forces at lightning speed.
  • Over ¾ inch of forefoot cushioning (20 mm).
  • Neoprene based rubber is incredibly soft and stays resilient over time
I guess he'll have a "spring" to each step from now on...and hopefully a better back and less painful knees...

Wow, sorry to be very 'ah beng' but honestly speaking I've never seen such shoes before.

Looks very interesting and i think i know what is it abt, thanks to your informative post =)

The pair of shoes sure look wierd, but I think Wlater would enjoy wearing it around, walkling freely and painless =)

Good luck, Walter!

Look pretty strange but if it works then great! If you are familiar with Magic Roundabout, reminds me of Zebedee, bouncing all over the place....

So he has a bad back? Do the shoes relieve his pain? I have 2 bad discs and I've been in a lot of pain for the past year. I actually saw an operating room nurse wear these the other day. I had no idea what they were - I though they were those Nike shox with the back ripped off haha.
