Home Grown Vegetables..

Yummy Yummy Yumkins..

I use a lot of tomatoes and bell peppers in my cooking, but when David brought home these scraggly looking little plants from Lowe's, I was a bit skeptical.

They were plants that had wilted, and so Lowe's was going to dump them anyway, but David talked the manager into giving them to him

..and now look how they've grown!

I have a green thumb after all!!!

YUMMY!!! I love vine ripened tomatoes. The hot house ones tend not be as delish as the ones grown out there in the field. Ah...I miss home grown veggies.

MMMMM....those look so good! I want some! My mom has a few tomato plants and they have just given us so many tomatoes!

Thank you for really caring about me. I know that I have never met you, but you seem like you really care about people and what they are going thru. You are a great Xn(Christian) woman. It doesn't seem like there are a lot of Xns out there. But you seem to truely care. You are so sweet and caring. God has blessed me with an online friend like you! And I feel lucky!

That's really cool. Nothing better than fresh, homegrown, fully organic vegetables. It looks like you did a great job. Maybe you can experiment growing other types of vegetables too.

Congrats! I was surprised at how easy our tomatoes were grown as well. Good ole Mother Nature! I think the fact that I did nothing made them grow faster ;)
