Beat the Christmas Panic

Last year, our Christmas presents arrived in Malaysia

a day or two late.

This year, we're trying to make sure they get there in time, so off they went via the *crossing-my-fingers* US Postal Service last Friday.... and oughta be there in a couple of weeks!

Hurrah! Just wish that shipping wasn't that atrocious though...*sigh* We may have to ship Christmas off in OCTOBER next year..hehe..

SEASON'S GREETINGS EVERYONE!

Christmas Panic seems to be the appropriate theme this year. :P

I never did enjoy sending packages across the Pacific, you'd almost be able to buy your own private jet for what it costs....
Receiving packages from across the Pacific, on the other hand, there's nothing better.

It should get there on time. Unless they have a strike or it gets lost. o_O

pure craziness, isn't it? How do you ship? I'm learning more about shipping stuff with the candles and finally realizing just how quickly the costs can add up.

hi everyone..well, i tried to be smart and do EARLY shopping, so most of the presents are ready, wrapped etc..the ones for people here in Texas, that is. We had to send Air Mail instead of surface because surface mail would take 4 to 6 weeks...*sigh*

Hey Letti... Long time :)
Hey BTW... I feel late is fine. But if it gets there early... They might die of suspense wondering what's inside :))

Wow, does it really take that long for Christmas presents to be mailed from US to M'sia?

And oh yes, this might be true. It takes 2 WEEKS for my letter from Singapore to reach Penang, Malaysia. Omigosh.

Do they use turtles to transport letters and gifts?

Wish you a happy day!
