ooh that looks wonderful! I'm ashamed to admit that I've never attempted to make a meal like that. My boyfriend cooks the big meals like that at our house. hehe
Wow the stoves in America are massive! Looks lovely Letti. I am trying to figure out what to have for my Christmas dinner. I think it will be veggie haggis with plenty of roasties (Potatoes, parnsips, other veggies and lashings of veggie gravy. Hmmmm YUM!
Yummy! Some good food you have over there =)My mom cooks the turkey in the microwave, and it turned out over-cooked. But we still enjoyed the meal.Now for some health reason my mom dumped the microwave. Now we can only wait till I'm old enough to go to US to get a true taste of how turkey tastes like =)Lol.
