Wow the stoves in America are massive! Looks lovely Letti. I am trying to figure out what to have for my Christmas dinner. I think it will be veggie haggis with plenty of roasties (Potatoes, parnsips, other veggies and lashings of veggie gravy. Hmmmm YUM!
My mom cooks the turkey in the microwave, and it turned out over-cooked. But we still enjoyed the meal.
Now for some health reason my mom dumped the microwave. Now we can only wait till I'm old enough to go to US to get a true taste of how turkey tastes like =)
