Finally Subsiding

There's still a bunch of snow in all the shadowy areas, but a lot of it is gone now.

A Snowy Walk

Yes, the snow is still hanging around, the temps are that low. So, the boys and I decided to go take a sunset snowy walk. :)

It's even prettier the next day with MORE snow!

And look at the way the branches and twigs, laden with ice, catch the sunlight. It's like a massive chandelier up there.

Hose-end Icicle

This time of year, we turn the water off at the mains and turn all the faucets on.

I found the end of the hose looking like this today.

T-Moth Plume Moth

The Little Boy/Young Man and I came across this very strange bug, which we had never ever seen before.

Turns out to be some sort of Plume Moth.
