We now have a new router and life is back in order. Sad to say.

Scratch Art
It is hard to find time sometimes, just to do some leisurely hobby-ish things. So, I decided to get some Scratch Art pieces from Amazon just for the heck of it. Brigadoon Revisited
Every time this type of fogginess happens, I HAVE to bring up Brigadoon. It was one of our dad's favorite movies - he loved musicals and dancing. I guess that's where I got my love for the old musicals as well. I remember wishing I could somehow manifest Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire to be my dance instructors, imparting all their grace and strength and nimbleness to me.

The Solitary Fig
Yeah, one measly fig was all we had to harvest. Between the heat and the grasshoppers, nothing much happened, fruit-wise.
We can't help but be proud of the solo little one that hanged on.
