and I made my first ever pork roast today..
The house was filled with wonderful smells all day and although I'm sure I can do better next time, David thought it was really good!
I've used the griddle we got to make pancakes..and next to be christianed would be the indoor grill!!!!

Crock pots rock! Especially when you are really busy. I like to make brisket in mine. Put in a small jar of hot sauce and a bottle of beer and let it cook for a loooong time. It's really good.
