I use a lot of tomatoes and bell peppers in my cooking, but when David brought home these scraggly looking little plants from Lowe's, I was a bit skeptical.
They were plants that had wilted, and so Lowe's was going to dump them anyway, but David talked the manager into giving them to him
..and now look how they've grown!
I have a green thumb after all!!!

YUMMY!!! I love vine ripened tomatoes. The hot house ones tend not be as delish as the ones grown out there in the field. Ah...I miss home grown veggies.

Thank you for really caring about me. I know that I have never met you, but you seem like you really care about people and what they are going thru. You are a great Xn(Christian) woman. It doesn't seem like there are a lot of Xns out there. But you seem to truely care. You are so sweet and caring. God has blessed me with an online friend like you! And I feel lucky!

Very appetizing. Cool.
oh wow they look great! there is a lady across the way who grows tomatoes on her balcony, until the tomatoes came out i was convinced that they were marijuana plants! lol!
That's really cool. Nothing better than fresh, homegrown, fully organic vegetables. It looks like you did a great job. Maybe you can experiment growing other types of vegetables too.
Congrats! I was surprised at how easy our tomatoes were grown as well. Good ole Mother Nature! I think the fact that I did nothing made them grow faster ;)
Ok I'm impressed (and hungry). I'll be over for supper tomorrow ;)
(That is if I can get a plane ticket quickly)
