Hillcrest Church Cajun Fest 2017

Hillcrest has had an Annual Cajun Fest for several years now.  Cindy had invited us to come by each time for a while now, but we hadn't actually done so till this year.

We were gathered in groups of 12 and seated at various tables where wondrous food was literally dumped onto paper covered tables.

The little boy was thrilled to get to eat with his hands and join in all the fun. He really enjoyed the sausages and corn on the cob, but hasn't quite acquired a taste for shrimp or crawfish as yet. :)

Then, we got to wash it all down with a Cajun Cone!

The hubs opted for Coconut flavor, I wanted Grape, and the little boy got a Rainbow Cone.
