Low Carbedness.

I have a strong history of Diabetes in my family.  AND I am perpetually overweight and trying to lose some of it.

So, we have been trying to maintain a low carb lifestyle - which is torturous, seeing how much I love NOODLES and RICE, being Asian and all.

We have been trying out healthy substitutes like Almond Flour Bagels, Flax Seed Burger Buns and Quinoa.
Oh, and Spaghetti Squash and Zucchini Noodles.

The hubs love these almond crackers and I make some for him every few weeks. :)

I haven't gotten them down perfect yet, but hey, we're getting there.
