Love as I would, to want to relax during the weekends, there is always the "Prepare School for Next Week" banner looming over me constantly, besides The Daily Grind.
I DID eke out some time to bake Gingerbread Cookies with the lovely boy, tho :)
We baked them on the lower end of the suggested Time To Bake, and they were pretty gooey good.. YUM!
