A New Mailbox Just Appeared!

Remember the last post where the mailbox was somehow injured?

Well, today we found an entirely NEW mailbox in its place, with a METAL POLE etc.

Like, eh??

Let's take a closer look at it in all its grandeur.

It turns out that, the guys who were doing the regular "road grading" accidentally maimed our mailbox. And they were so appalled that they decided to put in an entire new mailbox in the ground for us.

 Wow.

Thanks, guys.

And since I had some leftover Mailbox Lettering, but not the correct ones, I had to do some McGyvering.

Do you see what I did there? :P

Our Messed Up Mailbox

Somehow our mailbox, one day, got traumatized.  We aren't exactly sure what happened, but it is now like some tooth that is in some "receding gums" situation, with its root all showing.

We will try to deal with this and add to its supports so that it can continue to do its job.
