Timber!
You have to understand we have been on this property for almost 20 years now, and in that time, trees have sprouted and grown!
There was one such tree that had to go, as it was messing up the siding and roof of our shed.
One thing I never knew until I lived out here in the country where sometimes limbs fall after a storm - Wood is Heavy!

Out and About
I am Thankful for all this space we have out in the country so that we can be in Isolation without feeling Claustrophobic.

Nostalgia
Kuch Kuch Hota Hai was huge among my friends and I, and I suppose The General Malaysian Public, back when I was in Medical School, aeons ago it seems like now.
I found it while browsing Amazon Prime, and took a lovely trip down Memory Lane. :)

Wildflowers
The Wildflower Game is still going strong out here, but not for long as Fall progresses. Aren't they dainty and lovely, though?
A Second Wind
The Cooler Weather has prompted the roses to start sprouting their fall leaves and the hedge looks like an Explosion of Burgundy.

Oh my, Walmart.
I suppose the person who delivered our goods from our Walmart Store does not know that US Mailboxes are protected by Federal Law, and that only the US Postal Service and the Owner of the Mailbox are allowed to have their hands in said mailboxes.

A Trip to the Eye Doctor
I had to have my pupil dilated for an eye examination, and it wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be.

In a Poetic State of Mind
I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud
I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
Continuous as the stars that shine
And twinkle on the milky way,
They stretched in never-ending line
Along the margin of a bay:
Ten thousand saw I at a glance,
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance.
The waves beside them danced; but they
Out-did the sparkling waves in glee:
A poet could not but be gay,
In such a jocund company:
I gazed—and gazed—but little thought
What wealth the show to me had brought:
For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude;
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils.

Aftermath of Rain
To say we had SOME rain would be a real understatement. It knocked down some of the mistletoe, though, which I suppose is a good thing as they are parasites.
Ground Bees
I always assumed these were Ants or Worms, but it turns out they might very well be Ground Bee Holes. Who'd have known.
