I'm a "visual" person and so, with some help from Mandarin Design, I did a link to everyone using bits from their blogs ( I hope you guys didn't mind - if you do, please let me know and I will change the picture ), which you can see on the right sidebar.
There are still some that I haven't put up, but my eyes were beginning to swim, so no worries, your blogs will be up there soon :)

Very cool! I've just done something similar on my blog ... but I have to make the little buttons by myself. Thanks for the link to Mandarin Design ... I can learn a lot from there.
I think it's a nice touch to the site, but it does cause greatly increased load times, especially for those blog explosion visitors. I'd recommend storing those photos with an image hosting service, but not at full size. I'd crop them down to the size that they will be seen, which should dramatically decrease load time.

Its very inviting as at least a prelude or a face to the blog instead of text, as we know pictures paints a thousand words. I think its a bit tad slow though during loading...

I had considered doing that when I was still using my random links script because I also wrote it to do images. But I decided nah, I'll stick with text and switch to the WP links management. ;-)
