Tau Foo Fah

I can't remember if I have ever mentioned making yogurt with the Instant Pot, but it is pretty much about a weekly or so affair around here.

I never realised how much the end product looked like Tau Foo Fah, a soy pudding dish that I used to eat in Malaysia. If I were to go back to Malaysia now and start eating all the different food I have missed over the years, I think I would just collapse from sensory overload.
