I always think of Marilyn Monroe's rendition of "heatwave" in "There's no business like show business", but that's just got to do with growin' up, and my dad sharing his love for musicals with us. :)
ANYWAY, We were at San Angelo, Tx yesterday ( to be blogged later as a Saturday Excursion post) , and man, could we feel the heat. It was 110 F ( 43.33333 degrees Centigrade ) at 3:30 pm and thank God we were able to be comfortable in our truck with the air con going full blast.
Oh, and shaved ice treats are great on days like these :)
